The items in my shopping cart disappear when I log in to my account?
Before adding items to your shopping cart, you must first log in to your account and then add the items to it.
I have an account but I can't see my prices on the site, why?
To see your prices you must first log in to your account on the site by clicking on the login tab.
I've forgotten my password, how can I get a new one?
In the login section, simply click on the phrase Forgot your password? An e-mail to reset your password will be sent to you.
I don't have an account with you, can I still buy?
Yes, you don't need an account to buy in our stores or on our website.
How do I open an account at the head office?
To open an account, you can write directly to customer service at orders@superiorsols.com. They will send you the documents you need to complete to open an account.
I can't choose the store I want to pick up my order.
Please make sure that all the products you order are available in the store of your choice.
How do I know if the product I want to order is available?
Just go to the product you want and you'll see a table showing the quantity available in the various stores. The word "in stock" indicates that the product is available in our warehouses.
Where can I find the safety data sheets (SDS), technical data sheets or certifications for a product?
Simply go to the product concerned. Material Safety Data Sheets (SDS) or Technical Data Sheets (TDS) are available in the Specifications tab. Click on the corresponding link to download them.
I haven't received my order yet. What should I do?

What are the delivery times?
Delivery times may vary from one period of the year to another. On average, it takes about 5 working days for your order to be dispatched.
